FIELD: bore drilling. SUBSTANCE: pump plant electric motors are supplied under frequency control, with subsequent supplying directly from on-site grid providing stabilization of nominal mode of pumped out fluid withdrawal. Condition parameters of each well and its pump plant are under control to reveal wells unable to provide above nominal mode. Control signals are generated to recover the nominal mode at the expense of change of parameters of proper pump plants. When wells unable to provide nominal mode of operation with serviceable pump plants have been revealed, optimum sequence of control signal effect is determined automatically, and the sequence is implemented with on-power plants at the expense of individual adjustment of rotary speed at each last electric motor of a number of ones being switched on step-by-step to voltage frequency transformer being common for a given group of wells, with subsequent renewal of supply directly from on-site electric grid in the event, if nominal mode of operation is recovered. EFFECT: self- contained power supply. 5 cl, 1 dwg
