METHOD OF OPERATION OF PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: production of hydrocarbons in form of oil and gas by plant having several wells, system for gathering of recovered hydrocarbons and unit for processing of recovered hydrocarbons additionally provided with compressed gas system for wells activation. SUBSTANCE: method provides for operation of several wells, system for gathering of hydrocarbons produced by all wells and unit for processing of produced hydrocarbons located down the process line. Hydrocarbons gathering system and processing unit have transducers for measuring of physical values characterizing their operations. Each well is controlled in compliance with individual algorithm using modified control parameters and data relating for operative state of separate controlled well. Value of measured physical value representative for operation of hydrocarbon gathering system or said processing unit is compared with preset very high threshold, respectively, with preset high threshold. Should value of measured physical value be higher than very high threshold, respectively, below high threshold, automatically modified, at least, of one well for variation of operative state of said well to initiate, at least, one action directed for reduction, respectively, for rise of recovery of hydrocarbons. This is used for bringing the value of measured physical value back to value below value of very high preset threshold, respectively, above value of high preset threshold. Action directed for reduction of hydrocarbon recovery consists in reduction of productivity of well, which is in action process, or disconnection of one well which is in process of action. Action directed for increase of hydrocarbon recovery consists in increase of recovery from well which is in process of action, or engagement of well which was disconnected.
