FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: installation is designed for SHF drying of ceramic moulds used in manufacture of articles of complex shape in accordance with models. Heating chambers of installation are formed by section of rotor and part of walls of housing produced in the form of octahedron. In this case edge of lateral partition of rotor is located in center of side wall and has shape of nonequilateral hexahedron in section. Chambers are provided with scanners placed in symmetry to axis of chamber of rotor. Their holders enter volume of chamber and have capability to rotate and move along vertical. Elements for input of energy connected to magnetrons are made on side walls of housing reciprocally orthogonal with formation of horizontal and vertical rows. In this case two adjacent elements have mutually perpendicular polarization of radiation. There are grates mounted on top and bottom of chamber with cell of beyond cutoff waveguide. At position of loading through window suspensions with model units are installed on holder, door closes, drive is turned on and turns rotor by one position, loading and turning take place again. When suspension stops opposite to energy leads, drive of scanners switches on, rotation, lifting and lowering of suspension are ensured, magnetrons are turned on and heating of model unit with simultaneous scanning occurs. After completion of heating cycle rotor turns again by one position where suspension and model unit are cooled with air. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture, improved quality of moulds. 3 dwg
