FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has agricultural waste collector connected to methane tank having fermentation chambers. Methane tank is mounted in room with overhead covering on which solid-phase fermenter is positioned. Fermentation chambers are equipped with dispersers. Acid fermentation regression chamber is connected to solid-phase fermenter and to fermenter provided with transverse perforated walls defining fermenter sections communicated one with the other via overflow pipes. Agricultural waste substrate is decomposed in fermenter and biomass is produced. Biomass is delivered from fermenter lower section onto centrifugal microfilter and further into disintegrator. Excessive portion of disintegrated biomass having destructed cell casings and including assimilable ferments and vitamins is directed to belt-type press filter and drier for producing protein-vitamin additive. Acid fermentation regression chamber is connected to acid fermentation chamber from which substrate is delivered onto centrifugal microfilter. Separated mash is distilled in rectifying column which having top reinforcing part and bottom exhausting part which are divided into sections by transverse perforated partition walls. Acetic acid obtained as goods product is discharged from bottom part of rectifying column and directed into collector. Apparatus of such construction provides effective processing of agricultural product and allows acetic acid and protein-vitamin additives to be obtained.
