FIELD: production of shoes. SUBSTANCE: shoe has sole with ground engaging surface. Slots for receiving resilient wear-resistant inserts are made in heel portion of ground engaging surface so that inserts extend beyond this surface. Slots are made curvilinear and provided with antiskid members made from metal with increased hardness. Inserts and antiskid members have curvature different from that of slots. Heel portion of sole surface out of engagement with ground is made elongate from middle portion to rear part of sole and is inclined towards front portion for an angle of 10-15 deg relative to its ground engaging surface. Sole surface part which is out of engagement with ground surface, has convex arched portion. Inner sole positioned on sole surface out of engagement with ground surface has shape mating with that of out-of-engagement surface of sole.
