Holder 4 is made up as a clip made of a flexible material and encloses handle 3 to define a space between the handle and the bottom part of the clip. The bottom part of the clip has concave sides and grooves for locking supports 5. The side branches of supports 5 are interconnected through a cross piece and are directed along housing 1. Contact members 7 and 8 of the facility for disconnecting from the power network at the working position of the supports are arranged inside the stand space and on the cross piece respectively.
