FIELD: vacuum engineering. SUBSTANCE: gate has lever 1, cover 3, cantilever 4 secured to flange 5 of housing 6 of the chamber, and valving member constructed as cramp 7 receiving in groove 8 of cantilever 4. Contacting sides 9 of cramp 7 and groove 8 are inclined to side 10 to be sealed. The length of a part of cramp 7 received in groove 8 is less than its depth resulting in automatic pressing of the cover. EFFECT: simplified design. 2 dwg
