FIELD: welding. SUBSTANCE: torch for plasma working has three nozzles: plasma-forming inner, central and outer. Outer surface of plasma-forming inner nozzle and inner surface of central nozzle are made equidistant and part of inner surface of plasma-forming nozzle bordering on outlet duct is produced in the form of surface of evolution with sinusoidal generatrix with distance C between its vortexes being equal to 1=(0.3-0.5) C, where C is distance between outer surface of plasma-forming nozzle and inner surface of central nozzle. Such design makes it possible to ensure stability of compressed arc during surfacing with inverse polarity. EFFECT: improved stability of compressed arc. 2 dwg
