FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for layer-by-layer plasma surfacing or welding, in particular, during repair of worn-out parts, growing parts (3D printing). High-temperature insert 3 is installed in the channel of plasma-forming nozzle 1 along the normal to its axis. Filler wire 2 is fed along the normal to the surface of article 5. One welding current power source 4 is connected to plasma-forming nozzle 1 and filler wire 2, second source 6 is connected to plasma-forming nozzle 1 and article 5. Electric arc 7 is excited between filler wire 2 and high-temperature insert 3 from source 4, and compressed arc 8 is formed between high-temperature insert and article. Filler wire 2 is heated by free arc 7 and compressed arc 8. Wire melting is carried out by weight or directly in the welding bath. Article 5 is heated by compressed arc 8.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of suturing along complex trajectory, which is especially important in three-dimensional surfacing of workpieces of any configuration, increased stability of the process and elimination of spattering of filler metal.
