FIELD: bicycle engineering. SUBSTANCE: pedal has body with U-shaped outer plate 1 and locking the latter inner plate 2, shock absorbing blocks 3, reflectors 4 connected with outer plate 1, cover plates - holders 5 of reflectors 4, fasteners made in form of lugs 7 bent at assembling and located on ends of side walls of outer plate 1 for fitting in slots 8 made in inner plate 2; it has also similar lugs 10 formed on holders 5 of reflectors 4 for fitting in slots 11 of blocks 3 and in slots 12 of outer plate 1. EFFECT: simplified design and technology of manufacture of pedal, increased efficiency in manufacture of shock absorbing blocks, cut down labour input. 2 dwg
