FIELD: equipment of sugar industry; designed for additional crystallization of sugar from last-strike massecuite. SUBSTANCE: massecuite mixer-crystallizer includes vertical cylindrical body with bottom provided with process branch-pipes and exterior heat-exchange jacket. Located inside body is heat-exchange surface consisting of sector sections located diametrically opposite. Installed along body axis for vibrating motion relative to it is shaft with vertical blades in which conical nozzles are made. Sector sections of heat-exchange surface consist of separate parts of several cylinders located coaxially. Narrowing parts of nozzles of each blade are directed to one and the same side. Nozzles of adjacent blades are located one behind another for making massecuite rotate. Nozzles surface is coated with antiadhesive material. EFFECT: increased yield of crystalline sugar, improved quality of finished crystals and reduced energy consumption. 4 dwg
