SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in steam-gas transport and power plants, in steam-gas compressors. A combined-cycle power plant contains a steam-gas cascade pressure exchanger integrated with a gas turbine engine in such a way that the low-pressure working fluid (air from the compressor of the gas turbine engine) is supplied to the low-pressure working fluid supply port, and on the opposite side there is a low-pressure working fluid (water steam) outlet port in the housing into a steam turbine. Further, as the rotor rotates, there is a port for supplying the high-pressure working fluid (water steam), connected to the outlet of the high-pressure steam turbine. On the opposite side of the housing wall there is an outlet port for the high-pressure working fluid (air), connected to the combustion chamber, the outlet of which is connected to the gas turbine. In this case, several rows of channels are made in the pressure exchanger rotor with the channels in some rows offset relative to the channels in other rows. The housing wall has a number of ports connected to each other by bypass channels, and the outlet from the low-pressure turbine is connected to a steam generator, for example in the form of a waste heat boiler.

EFFECT: it is possible to expand the scope of application of the cascade pressure exchanger, increase its productivity and efficiency, improve the parameters of combined cycle power plants with minimal weight and size characteristics.
