FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes linear actuator comprising electric motor and control system. The motor is made in the form of inductor switching on magnetic conduits with exciting coils and teeth interaction with ferromagnetic toothed rack secured to a gate leave. Exciting coils ate related to power supply through control system and enables to be alternatively on for a time interval needed for rack motion about tooth of the magnetic conduit by a value corresponding to half distance between rack teeth and for switching on in time interval exceeding the above interval.
