METHOD FOR GENERATION OF LIGHT FLOWS THAT AFFECT VISUAL PERCEPTION OF VEHICLE DRIVER AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

Abstract RU 2054190 C1

FIELD: light illuminating devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves usage of controlled light filters with controlled transparency. Light filter is brightened by pulses for duration of Ti brightening pulses, which period is T. Ratio for decrement of visible brightness is determined by equation T/Ti. Driven vehicle has light sources, which outputs flow of light pulses in synchronization with brightening pulses of controlled light filters. EFFECT: decreased visual brightness of outer light sources. 12 cl, 16 dwg
