FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: storage has long-storage chambers which are hermetically sealed and unaccessible for attending personnel. Storage has system of hydraulic jacks for vertical movement of pans-containers which are centered by four rail stops. Number of rail stops is doubled to provide extraction of required pan. To provide charging and discharging, made in one of walls at its bottom are narrow slots opened with locking for periods of charging and discharging and hermetically closed for a period of long storage. Each long-storage chamber has self-sustained means which provide independent operation of each chamber and maintenance in each chamber required conditions differing from those in other chambers.
