SUBSTANCE: platinum cytostatic containing cis-diamine-1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylatoplatinum complex of the formula in the form of particles of the following distribution by size: 0-25 mcm - 60%, not less; 0-50 mcm - 95%, not less; 0-75 mcm - 99%, not less; purity is 98%, not less; silver content is 1×10^-5%, not above. Complex is prepared by interaction of 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid or its salt, or ester with cis-diaminedihalogenplatinum complex at the ratio 1: (1-5) mas. p. at pH 5.9-7.5, in medium with 3-30 mas. p. water containing 1-10 mas. p. organic solvent, at temperature from 20 to 100 C and sonic wave treatment followed by purification.
