FIELD: metalloorganic compounds, chemical technology, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex compounds of platinum (II) of the general formula (I) where X is halogen atom; A is group -NH₂-R where R is tricyclic hydrocarbon C₁₀-C₁₄-fragment optionally substituted with one or two C₁-C₄-alkyl groups in tricyclic ring and, except for, inclusion complex of the above mentioned complex of platinum with beta- or gamma-cyclodextrin that can be substituted with C₁-C₆-alkyl group optionally. Invention describes also method of synthesis of complex compound (I) by interaction of aminetrihalogen platinate alkaline metal salt solution in polar organic solvent or in water with primary amine of the formula R-NH₂ where R is tricyclic hydrocarbon C₁₀-C₁₄-fragment substituted with one or two C₁-C₄-alkyl groups in tricyclic ring optionally at temperature in the range from 0 C to 100 C. Both complexes can be used as such or as part of pharmaceutical composition in treatment of patients with oncological diseases.
