Specific supply power of a reactor with electric discharge is not under 20 kW per 1 cu.m of the reactor volume. The gas-air flow stays in said reactor for at least 0.1 s. Moisture content of the flow before the discharge zone is raised to not less than 20 g/cu.m. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
