Water is used as said compound C. According to other variant said catalyst contains mentioned above components A, B and C and component D being organoaluminium compound. (Co)polymerization of olefins is carried out with the help of mentioned above catalysts. Olefin (co)polymers which are prepared with the help of said catalysts have high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution.
