FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst for polymerization of olefins on a carrier containing a product of interaction of metallocene component (B) and organoaluminium compound on a carrier (A) synthesized by interaction of at least a single organoaluminium compound with a dry carrier under inert conditions followed by hydrolysis of obtained suspension by water addition. Invention describes also a method of synthesis of catalyst and polyolefin using the indicated catalyst. Synthesized catalyst exhibits high activity and prevents deposit formation in reactor.
