FIELD: reprocessing of manganese raw material. SUBSTANCE: method involves leaching of raw material by sulfuric acid electrolyte in the presence of iron chips; classifying pulp; filtering out classification sands; treating product drained after classification process by basic raw material; classifying pulp obtained; directing classification sands for leaching and drainage product - for cleaning to remove contaminants by precipitation by milk of lime at pH value of 6.4-7.0 and temperature of 95-98 C; separating contaminants from solution; providing electrolysis of enriched solution to obtain manganese dioxide and recovering acid of used electrolyte; returning electrolyte for leaching. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced consumption of materials used in the process. 2 tbl
