FIELD: practice of production of pure manganese sulfate and electrolytic manganese dioxide of different application. SUBSTANCE: production of manganese concentrate, grinding, leaching of manganese in acid medium, preparation of electrolyte, electrolysis and processing of anode mass. Manganese concentrate is ground to maximum particles measuring within 100 to 400 μm, 40-60% aqueous suspension is prepared, suspension is neutralized by lime milk up to a pH-content of 5.5 to 6.5, electrolyte is separated from slime, from which manganese is extracted by sorbent, slime is utilized, and electrolyte is separated into two portion in relation 1:(8-10). The smaller portion is used for production of crystalline salt, and the larger one - for electrolysis, which is conducted in two stages with employment of insoluble electrodes in the electrolyzer with a covering.
