FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has two flywheels connected in series. A speeding-up motor rotates wheel 2. The wheel is coupled with gear wheel 3 through the side engagement. Wheels 3 and 3' are free to move along the shaft by way of a pusher. Wheel 2 rotates the multiplicator which accelerates flywheel M1. Similarly, wheel 3' engages wheel 2 and accelerates flywheel M2. Rotation is then transmitted from wheel M1 to wheel 3 through the reduction gear (multiplicator). Wheel 3 is coupled with wheel 4 through the side engagement and rotates output shaft 1. So, when flywheel M1 transmits energy to shaft 1, flywheel M2 is charged (restores losses in kinetic energy) and vice versa. The flywheels are charged automatically by way of cams 5 and pusher 6 through a gear box. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
