FIELD: force metering technique. SUBSTANCE: device has instrument capacitor 1 whose one end is connected with current-to-voltage converter 2, analog-to-digital converter 3 whose digital outputs are connected with inputs of digital-to-analog converter 4, DC voltage generator 5, threshold circuit 6, voltage meter 7, computer 8, reference voltage source 9, AC voltage generator 10 and two-position switch 11; second end of instrument capacitor is connected to output of DC voltage generator 5; first input of threshold circuit 6 is connected with output of current-to-voltage converter 2 and its second input is connected with output of digital- to-analog converter 4; output of threshold circuit 6 is connected with voltage meter 7, computer 8 and analog input of analog-to-digital converter 3 whose control input is connected to AC voltage generator 10, two-position switch 11 and reference voltage source 9 which are connected in series; second input of two-position switch is connected with common tap of electric circuit.
