FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has measuring cell 1 filled with electrolyte 2 and furnished with two probing elements 3,4 rigidly secured relative to each other. Cell is electrically coupled with generator 6 and register 7. One probing element 3 of measuring cell 1, radiator, is placed in common electric circuit with generator 6, other element 4, receiver, is coupled with ac voltage register. Probing elements 3,4 have protective coating chemically inert to medium under investigation. Moreover, placed in circuit of radiator 3 is unit 9 for automatic tuning of generator frequency to resonance frequency of measuring cell. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
