FIELD: composition material production range. SUBSTANCE: method of making laminate articles comprises steps of applying to an electrically conductive medium upon treatment of a surface of a core a pulse voltage with positive polarity and pulse amplitude (150-230)V. Such treatment provides complex modification of the surface of the core due to high-effective removal of surface contaminations, caused by erosion action of microarc discharges and reduction of oxide layers by active ions of hydrogen, being discharged on the cathode-polarized core; due to formation in near-surface layers of the core of small-grain non-equilibrium structure, having increased energy, by using of high temperatures a discharge line (up to 10 000 K) for local heating of thin near-surface layers of the metal of the core and their subsequent intensive cooling by contact with a liquid phase, and also due to formation of a developed microrelief, having a large supporting surface area because of spontaneously occurring and disappearing microarc discharges on the surface of the core.
