FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: in power transmission line with conductors split into n components, capacitor shorted out by switch is connected in series with one of components and inductance coil connected in series with this capacitor; second inductance coil is connected in series with second component. Coil are mounted on common core and connected differentially. Capacitor may be connected in series with one component and coils, in series with two components to raise current through conductor components where necessary, for example, for ice melting.
