FIELD: ion accelerators. SUBSTANCE: plasma cloud is produced through laser radiation influencing a target. The target is placed in a resonance cavity. Concentrated laser beam with intensity and wave length sufficient for generation of epithermal electrons around plasma cloud is provided for target irradiation. Resonance irradiation (Langmuir frequency) with frequency coincident with plasma eigenfrequency is applied to plasma cloud. Accelerated ions are led out of the Resonance cavity through outlet opening by transmitting charged particles flux through magnetic field and/or shielding grid. EFFECT: small loss. 5 cl, 1 dwg
