SUBSTANCE: introduced through fibrous ring of intervertebral disk is laser light guide-evaporator based on alumoyttrium garnet with niobium to disk center and moving it to different sides, a cavity is formed with volume of 2-2.5 cub.cm by evaporation of pulpal nucleus and its aspiration. In so doing, decompression of intervertebral disk and elimination of radicular syndrome are effected. EFFECT: higher therapeutic effect of surgical treatment. 2 dwg
