SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily introducing aqueous solution into disk. Osmotic pressure of the solution is not greater than osmotic pressure of blood plasma. Canal network is formed in intervertebral disk body with light guide introduced by means of puncture. Treatment is carried out by means of light guide having distal end temperature not less than 150°C.
EFFECT: radical reduction of hernial protrusion density and its resorption; micro-cracks adhesion; starting cartilage regeneration.
