FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, neurosurgery, and is intended for treatment of compressive forms of lumbar osteochondrosis and lumbar vertebrae instability. Method includes extracanal access to nucleus pulposus by its puncture with needle. Through needle introduction of solution of physiologically acceptable salts and evaporation of nucleus pulposus by exposing it to laser irradiation are carried out. Preliminarily mechanical pulp-decompression with formation of decompression intradisc cavity, taking in herniation, is performed. Further impact with laser irradiation is carried out with efficient wavelength, in efficient energy zone, ensuring reduction of tissue overheating, reduction of hernial bulging and restoration of disc integrity.
EFFECT: method is simple in implementation, reduces risk of trauma to spine canal structures, overheating of disc sections and burn of surrounding tissues.
