SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the access to a pulpy nucleus of intervertebral disk located between adjacent vertebrae shifted against each other; then one should evaporate the part of pulpy nucleus substance at forming a cavity due to affecting it with laser radiation at efficient wave length in efficient energetic dosage. Additionally, one should carry out nondestructing laser impact upon articular lamellae being adjacent to the mentioned intervertebral disk by applying laser radiation at efficient wave length in efficient energetic dosage. The innovation provides stimulation of regenerative processes in the tissues of intervertebral disk and articular lamellae, the development of fibrous tissue and hyaline cartilage and reconstructs the shape and mechanical characteristics of vertebral column.
