FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing rootless propagules- regenerants for planting; placing propagules-regenerants into vessels having wet substrate in its lower part and rootage promoting agar overlay medium. Rootage process begins in agar medium, then roots grow through soil substrate. Upon formation of well-developed roots, plants are transferred into open ground. Root establishment is 83-100%.
