FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to biotechnology and represents a method for production of rape plants in vitro. Method provides for growth of plants, selection of leaves to make callus on growth medium and their further replantation to mediums that assist in formation of buds and development of plants from them, besides leaves are placed onto agar growth medium of Murasige and Skoog, containing 2.4-D (2.4- dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) in concentration of - 1-5 mg/l and kinetin 1-5 mg/l and after creation of calluses they are replanted to medium of Murasige and Skoog, containing 6- benzylaminopurine in concentration of 3.0 mg/l and naphthyl acetic acid of 0.5 mg/l, and buds produced on calluses are replanted to diluted agar medium of Murasige and Skoog without hormones.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase yield of embryoides of regenerant-plants from callus tissue of plants.
