FIELD: agriculture, in particular, microcloning propagation of fruit cultures. SUBSTANCE: method involves rooting by preliminarily wetting of microcuttings in aqueous solution of rhizogenesis promoter for several days with the following rooting in agarized nutrient. Process is conducted in one vegetation pan where agarized nutrient is placed and rhizogenesis promoter solution layer of 5-7 mm thickness is applied. Microcutting is dipped into solution and held for predetermined time interval. Solution is discharged and microcutting base portion is dipped into nutrient for 3-5 mm depth.
