FIELD: destruction of "water in oil" type emulsions. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has inner cylindrical electrode, coaxial to it outer cylindrical electrode, coaxially located between them cylindrical partition, delivering and discharging branch pipes. Space between partition and outer electrode is filled with dielectric liquid with high value of dielectric permeability and low special electrical conductivity, for example, with glycerin, formamide, n-methylformamide and so on. Cylindrical partition is made of three in series connected sections - two of them are dielectric and are located at apparatus inlet and outlet, one section is metallic and it is located in zone of electric field.
