SUBSTANCE: graphite is impregnated with aqueous-alcohol diamond emulsion and heat treated at temperature of 500-700 C at atmospheric conditions or at temperature of 700-1100 C in the inert medium or vacuum. Then, diamonds are synthesized under the effect of high pressure and temperature in the region of diamond stability on the mixture of impregnated graphite and melt-solvent.
