FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obtaining ceramic materials. Diamond-carbide plate is made in form of carbide plate with located in it diamond layer. Diamond layer is made of sintered mixture of diamond micropowder and activating additive with located in it at distance 0-0.25 D from plate diameter plane inserts of CVD-diamond, 0.1-0.7 mm thick and 0.5-1.0 mm high, where D is plate diameter. Distance between CVD-diamond inserts can constitute 0.1-0.3 plate diameter. Inserts can be made of CVD-diamond, the structure of which does not contain amorphised sp2 carbon configurations, or of black polycrystalline CVD-diamond, or of monocrystalline CVD-diamond.

EFFECT: provision of increased plate wear resistance.
