FIELD: crude oil treatment. SUBSTANCE: process consists in dehydration of oil by treating it with demulsifier, heating of emulsion, settling, and breaking intermediate layer via periodical introduction to intermediate layer of isopropyl alcohol production waste and an additive, in particular crude coal benzene at waste-to-benzene weight ratio (60-70): (40-30). EFFECT: decreased amount of reagents at shorter settling time and improved quality of drained water with respect to contents of suspended impurities and oil. 3 tbl, 6 ex
