FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: small size garage has internal frame, outer facing, gate frame, lifted/rotary gate in the form of a leaf hung from horizontal guides by upper ends using rolls. Middle part of the leaf is hinged to counterweights in the form of two arm levers placed on the end surfaces. Weights are secured to proper ends of the levers. Opposite ends are hinged to gate leaf. Each guide is made in the form of rectangular tube with lengthwise slope. Roll axle passes through the slope. The roll is installed in tube cavity with a gap about upper wall. The gap is 0.2 to 0.3 roll diameter. The lever of each counterweight is made of rectangular tube. Free arm of the lever is bents at an angle of 105 - 115 degrees in the point of hinging to frame stand. Height of transverse slot of the guide exceeds sum of roll axle diameter and gap between the roll and upper wall of the guide.
