FIELD: storage of gas and oil products. SUBSTANCE: device has hermetically sealing gates for mounting in flow string and tubing-casing annulus. Device has central column to be lowered in flow string with gate and hinge secured on its shoe. Sealing gates have seats and spring-loaded valves installed for overlapping seat sections. Tubing-casing annulus shutoff valve is arranged on outer surface of flow string; flow string shutoff valve is arranged on outer surface of central column and is furnished with bushing provided with slot. Shoe hinge is installed for displacement in slot. Gate is installed for overlapping lower hole of central column when moving the valve. EFFECT: enhanced operation reliability. 1 dwg
