FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: method includes creating a reservoir through three flows being formed in the form of two converging long- distant jets arranged at 4 - 26 degrees angle to one another. Circular movement of the long-distant jets is carried out in space using twisting. Steams of long-distant and twisting jets are moved along vertical axis relatively to immovable water supplying column. Device for implementing the method includes movable chamber installed on outer water supplying column above show. The column is provided with guide surfaces in its upper and lower parts. Internal space of the column is hydraulically coupled through opening in lateral surface. Three groups of extensions are installed on lateral surfaces of the movable chamber. Upper and lower groups are converging, and the third group is placed between those at the same space. EFFECT: low capital and operational costs. 4 cl, 1 dwg
