FIELD: mining industry; hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical body rotating around hollow axle by means of hydraulic drive. Formed in lower part of body is dividing chamber. Side surface of body is provided with jet nozzles and longitudinal ribs. Installed at outlet of flow portion of hydraulic drive is labyrinth-type sealing gland. Working liquid flows through hollow axle and enters dividing chamber where it is divided into two flows with one of them being discharged through jet nozzles in the form of long-range high-velocity streams, and with other being directed from chamber into flow part of hydraulic drive for rotation of rotor. This rotation is transmitted to body due to which streams of liquid discharged from jet nozzles are converted into radial slot produced flow. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
