FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: for production of 1000 dal special vodka (strength is 40 vol.%) the following components were used, l: nutmeg aromatic alcohol 5-10; almond nut aromatic alcohol 30-40; sugar 18-19 kg, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid (ethanol-rectificate "Extra") - the rest. Vodka shows soft taste with noble almond-nutmeg tint and licorice taste. EFFECT: enhanced quality of product.
