FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic solution in terms of 40-% strength of vodka. Prepared solution is thoroughly mixed, and passed through carbon-cleaning battery with filtration speed up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon, and up to 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon, and then solution is directed to finishing tank. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of cedar nut is prepared by single-stage infusing of the latter with aqueous-alcoholic liquid, and with the following filtration. Then infusion is introduced into finishing tank. Preliminarily dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:100 wormwood oil is introduced in the finishing tank. The ingredients introduced in finishing tank are mixed, corrected, if necessary, and directed to bottling with obligatory filtration. Due to combined using of ingredients and their quantitative ratio, synergism is produced which allows to form esters and to give vodka very mild taste with distinguished vodka aroma. Food value of said vodka increases due to enriching it by complex of biologically active substances of cedar nut, natural honey and wormwood oil. Proposed special vodka "LAPLANDIYA" broadens assortment of special vodkas. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties and food value. 1 tbl
