SUBSTANCE: personal identification number code of card, which is issued for one person, can be changed by card holder in order to be used by another additional user in desired way with respect to time and usage level. Card holder uses access code of card owner for access to program mechanism. When another person uses card, additional personal identification number is assigned and additional account is opened for permissible credit level in range of overall credit level of card. Access to additional account is performed by means of additional personal identification number. Limited period might be selected when any payment can be performed using additional personal identification number and additional account. After this period, additional personal identification number is erased and rest of additional account is transferred to main credit account of card.
