SUBSTANCE: invention constitutes a method for obtaining microplants of the rootstock of drupe cultures (PK SK 1), including the propagation thereof in vitro, wherein a nutrient-free hormone-free medium is used at the rooting stage, containing ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, magnesium sulphate, potassium phosphate, calcium chloride, boric acid, manganese sulphate, zinc sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, copper sulphate, cobalt chloride, sucrose, thiamine chloride, pyridoxine chloride, nicotinic acid, agar and water, Fe-EDDHA is used as a source of iron.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of increasing the general physiological state, the rooting capacity of microplants, the number and quality of roots, and increases the effectiveness of micropropagation of plants in vitro.
