SUBSTANCE: method involves planting lateral buds of plants in bottom-free containers filled with agarinic medium for initiating rooting; transplanting rooted buds into container filled with perlite which is impregnated with liquid sterile medium for providing acclimatization of root system before in vivo transplanting of woody buds.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in rooting of woody buds.
