FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and provides a culture medium for accelerating sprouting of apple trees and pears in vitro. The medium contains the following components: calcium nitrate, thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, meso-inositol, saccharose, agar-agar, indolylbutyric acid, distilled water, and is characterised by that it contains water-soluble compound fertiliser Master 3.11.38+4, which is a source of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and minor nutrients, with the following content of components, mg/l: Master 3.11.38+4 - 2.0-3.0; calcium nitrate (Ca(NO3)2·4H2O) - 416.9; thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid - 0.5 each; ascorbic acid - 1.5; meso-inositol - 100; saccharose - 20000; agar-agar - 8000; indolylbutyric acid - 1.0-1.5; distilled water - up to 1 l.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the technique of preparing culture media, accelerates risogenesis, increases rooting ability and improves the quality of the root system of sprouts of apple trees and pears.
