FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a nutrient medium for rooting apple and pear shoots in vitro. The medium contains the following components: lime saltpeter, thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid, ascorbic acid, meso-inositol, sucrose, agar-agar, indolebutyric acid, distilled water, characterised in that it comprises a complex water-soluble fertiliser Aquarin 5 which is the source of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and microelements, in the following ratio of components, mg/l: Aquarin 5 - 2.0-3.0; lime saltpeter Ca(NO3)2·4H2O - 416.9; thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid - 0.5 each; ascorbic acid - 1.5, meso-inositol - 100; sucrose - 20000; agar-agar - 8000; indolebutyric acid - 1.0-1.5; distilled water - up to 1 litre.
EFFECT: invention enables to simplify the technology of preparation of nutrient media, to accelerate rhizogenesis, increase rooting and improve the quality of the root system of shoots of apple and pear.
